Montemayor
Prior to joining Oculon Intelligence, Ovi served as managing director of market and execution services at Charles Schwab. During his tenure at Schwab, Ovi led the firm's market structure advocacy, trading operations, order routing functions, and market center relationships. Previously, Ovi spent more than two decades at TD Ameritrade, culminating in his role as managing director of trading operations, order routing, and securities lending. Ovi has been active in multiple financial services industry organizations, including SIFMA's Equity Markets and Trading Committee, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's LULD Advisory Committee, and the Dallas Security Traders Association. Throughout his career, Ovi has driven innovation and optimized trading processes to adapt to ever-changing market dynamics. He completed the SIFMA Securities Industry Institute Program at The Wharton School and the Professional Leadership Development Program at Cornell University. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Northwood University.

Saltiel
Prior to joining Oculon Intelligence, David served as acting director of the Division of Trading and Markets at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where he also held roles as deputy director and associate director overseeing the Office of Analytics and Research. During nearly a decade at the SEC, he played a leading role in shaping regulatory policy across equity, fixed-income, Treasury, and derivatives markets, advancing initiatives to enhance transparency, promote competition, and strengthen investor protections. Earlier in his career, David served as the chief economist of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board and held senior roles at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. David holds a bachelor's degree from Williams College and a master's degree in economics from the University of Oxford.

Colon
Prior to joining Oculon Intelligence, Anthony was director of broker dealer sales at Maxim Group LLC, leading business development and sales in global equities market making and serving as the business owner for regulatory reporting. Previously, he held key roles across BNY and BNY Pershing, where he advanced institutional equity sales, electronic trading product, and regulatory reporting initiatives, including the rollout of a new algorithmic trading routing model. He also spearheaded BNY Pershing's electronic trading SEC 606(a), SEC 606(b)(1), SEC 606(b)(3), and FINRA Consolidated Audit Trail reporting. With deep expertise in equity markets and regulatory reporting, Anthony served on the board of directors of the Security Traders Association of New York and has contributed to internal regulatory and industry working groups. Anthony holds FINRA Series 4, 7, 24, 55 and 63 licenses.

Sadri
Prior to joining Oculon Intelligence, Sahand was a software engineer at Colgate-Palmolive, where he developed custom e-commerce solutions and microsite platforms to improve user experience and business operations. Before his time at Colgate-Palmolive, Sahand served as a software engineer at AT&T. Over the course of his career, Sahand has built scalable web applications, architected complex data systems, and delivered enterprise solutions across industries. His work has contributed to patented innovations, including one registered in his name, and has earned recognition for combining technical depth with product-focused execution to drive business impact. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Missouri.

Vazquez
Prior to joining Oculon Intelligence, Aries served as a senior investment data analyst at Fidelity Investments, spearheading the digital asset data architecture, integrating vendor feeds, and engineering data pipelines to support institutional research and trade execution. Throughout his career, Aries has led the design of AI and ML-driven systems and optimized market infrastructure across asset managers and broker-dealers. Previously, at BorrowWorks, Aries built predictive models that powered risk and decision analytics with real-time accuracy, and during his time at Robinhood, he advanced client intelligence by assisting in the development of the firm's first AI response chatbot. Aries holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from Texas Wesleyan University.
